On 9th December 2025, the Ambassador of Ghana to the Kingdom of Denmark, H.E. Margaret Miewien Chebere, paid a courtesy call on the Ambassador of Mexico in Copenhagen, H.E. Norma Pensado. The meeting marked one of the Ambassador’s introductory diplomatic engagements since assuming duty, aimed at fostering cordial relations with representatives of partner countries accredited to Denmark.
During the warm and constructive discussions, both Ambassadors expressed their commitment to strengthening bilateral cooperation between Ghana and Mexico. They highlighted opportunities for partnership in areas such as trade, culture, education, and multilateral engagement. The Mexican Ambassador formally welcomed the Ghanaian Ambassador to Copenhagen and reaffirmed Mexico’s readiness to collaborate closely in advancing shared interests.
The meeting concluded with a mutual pledge to enhance diplomatic ties and explore new avenues for cooperation. The visit underscored the importance of continued dialogue and partnership between the two nations as they work together to deepen bilateral relations and promote global cooperation.
