Representatives of the Council of Ghanaian Associations in Denmark (COGAD) paid a courtesy call on Her Excellency Dr. Margaret Miewien Chebere, Ghana’s Ambassador to the Kingdom of Denmark, at the Embassy.

During the interaction, the representatives briefed the Head of Mission on the actions and initiatives of the association aimed at fostering unity among members of the diaspora.

The Head of Mission commended the Association for its continued commitment to community engagement and its efforts to contribute meaningfully to national development.

The Embassy expressed commitment to maintaining close engagement with the Association and to working closely with them to harness the skills, expertise, and resources of the diaspora community in Denmark.

The meeting provided an opportunity for constructive exchange on issues of mutual interest, particularly the important role of the diaspora in national development.
