H.E. Margaret Miewien Chebere formally presented her Letters of Credence to His Majesty King Carl XVI Gustaf, accrediting her as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Ghana to the Kingdom of Sweden on 16th April 2026.

The solemn ceremony, held at the Royal Palace in Stockholm, marks the official commencement of Ambassador Chebere’s diplomatic mission in Sweden, and a renewed commitment to deepening diplomatic ties, strengthening cooperation, and advancing shared priorities for mutual benefit.
